Who is Pietro?

Pietro was born and raised in Italy on the island of Ischia, next to the island of Capri, located in the Gulf of Naples. His family moved to Norwalk, Connecticut when he was just 15 years old where they brought their Italian flavor to the states. In 1974 he moved  to San Diego where he jumped into the restaurant business, and never looked back.  Most of the dishes he serves are traditional Southern-Italian with an occasional Northern-Italian dish sprinkled in.  You can find him nightly in the restaurant, either cooking in the kitchen or mingling in the dining room to make sure his loyal and new patrons are completely satisfied and enjoying their dining experience.
